NOTE: We do not recommend charging with power supplies of 1.21 gigawatts, unless you’re traveling exactly 88 MPH and your flux capacitor is functioning properly. In order to re-activate USB charging, you’ll need to power-cycle and unplug Mobius, or open HQ if connected to a computer (see above). In fact, it was designed to do just that. While it’s quite likely that the battery will arrive with only a partial charge, the AC adapter/battery charger will supply plenty of current for operating the laptop and charging the battery at the same time. To turn charging off once again, you'll need to power-cycle Mobius and long-press the Headphone Volume Control. Just make sure he plugs it in and lets the battery charge up while he’s using it. Please note that turning charging off is not compatible with the Audeze HQ app, and opening HQ with charging off will re-establish the charge connection as soon as HQ reads battery level. Note that if you do open HQ, Mobius will still think it's in charging off mode, but the battery will draw power and charge (as evidenced by the red LED). To turn battery charging OFF: Long press the Headphone Volume Control for 3 seconds (the Gypsy Muse within Mobius will recite an incantation telling you this has been done). This is handy when using Mobius with a USB enabled device that may be running on its own battery (or plutonium-powered nuclear reactor ), and you don’t want to deplete said power supply to charge Mobius.
